Cancellation & Refund Policy

At World Eye Immigration, we aim to provide professional and transparent immigration consulting services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Cancellation of Services
Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting World Eye Immigration in writing.
If cancellation is requested before substantive work has started, the client may be eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable administrative or processing charges and the terms of the applicable service agreement.
If work has already started, any refund will be considered based on the services completed, work performed, and costs incurred.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Professional fees for services that have already been performed may be non-refundable.
Government fees, application fees, biometrics fees, medical fees, translation fees, courier charges, and other third-party costs are generally non-refundable by World Eye Immigration and are subject to the refund policies of the relevant authority or service provider.
3. Immigration Refusal or Delay
A visa, permit, permanent residence, citizenship application, or other immigration matter being refused, rejected, delayed, or affected by a change in government policy does not automatically qualify for a refund of professional fees for services already provided.
World Eye Immigration does not guarantee the approval or outcome of any immigration application.
4. Appointments and Consultations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to applicable consultation or appointment charges.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the applicable service agreement and the payment method used, subject to any applicable deductions or charges.
